ZenRun AI provides digital services including meditation programs, fitness content, educational courses, and in-app features delivered through our website and mobile application.
1. General Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products and services, purchases are generally considered final once the content or service has been accessed. However, ZenRun AI offers refunds under specific conditions outlined below.
2. Eligible Refund Conditions
A refund may be granted if one of the following applies:
The user was charged incorrectly due to a technical or billing error. The purchased service or content fails to function as described because of a verified technical issue. The user did not access or use the purchased digital content and requests a refund within 7 days of the purchase date. Duplicate payments or accidental purchases may also be eligible for refund after verification.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be granted if:
The user has fully accessed or completed the digital course or program. The request is made after 7 days from the purchase date. The refund request is related to personal preference or change of mind after accessing the content.

To request a refund, users must contact our support team and provide relevant purchase details. All refund requests are reviewed individually.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
